Scope Of Application: 
The self-developed narrow label high-speed slitting machine, high-end full service winding and unwinding taper tension system,imported famous brand process deviation correction system, dual winding shaft fully automatic rotation and displacement device, and standby shaft preparation greatly improve production efficiency. It supports the exchange of various specifications of inflatable shafts at will, and supports meter counting, counting, electrostatic treatment, material reduction or parking. 
Features: 
1. Unwinding+deviation correction: adopts an independent uniform taper tension control system, with preset automatic material reduction or parking. Deviation correction adopts ultrasonic edge guidance. 
2. Cutting mechanism: Convenient circular knife cutting mechanism, fast disassembly and assembly, optional cutting and exchange device,and comes with a high-pressure vacuum waste suction system. 
3. Reeling: The taper tension control system and rotating device greatly save the time for changing rolls, ensuring the alignment of labels and paper cores during roll changing. 
4. Counting: The calculation system adopts a well-known German brand, ensuring a calculation accuracy of one thousandth. Transparent materials require additional purchase of special sensors.
